Smart Automation

What is SmartQ? #

SmartQ is a tool that helps you automate the creation and sharing of Product, Collage, Classic Videos on social media networks.

Benefits of SmartQ

  • Saves time, since creation and posting happen automatically
  • Posts are randomised and diverse, which ensures higher engagement and less monotony.
  • Posts are not repeated – unless specified. This creates a more interesting social media experience for your audience.

Note: Here’s how to set up and use SmartQ.

Can SmartQ schedule all types of content for all networks? #

Some of the networks do not allow or support custom content. So SmartQ is unable to post all types of content for all networks. Below is what is allowed and what is not:

  • Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest/Threads/Instagram – all allowed (Product, Collage, videos)
  • TikTok – (Product & Video)
  • YouTube – only Video allowed

My SmartQ didn’t post for past few days. Can I make it post automatically now for those missing days?  #

SmartQ cannot schedule posts for past dates. You’ll need to manually post the content for the missed days.

What is Blog SmartQ? #

Put your blog (series of blog posts) in SmartQ mode and get absolute solace from manual sharing whenever a new blog post gets added. Just enable it, let us know your preferred time, which blogs to share every day, and Outfy will do the rest.

How does it work?

  • Based on your desired settings, Outfy picks up a handful of blog posts and schedules them for the next day.
  • The scheduled list is prepared every day so that your latest blog posts stay on priority.
  • The blog posts are shared only on networks you choose.
  • Once all your blog posts get shared at least once, they can be chosen to be auto-rotated.
  • Outfy plans your daily schedule in the best possible way which befits without line with the norms of your social networks.

Note: Blog SmartQ is only supported on 4 networks – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Does SmartQ fetch only the product price or the discounted price as well?  #

SmartQ displays the current price available on your store. If a product is on sale, it will use the current displayed (sale) price rather than the compare-at/original price. In other words, SmartQ reflects the price that customers currently see on your store, not the crossed-out or compare-at price.

Can I modify SmartQ posts before they are published?  #

Yes. You can review and edit the captions generated by SmartQ before publishing them. However, the SmartQ post templates themselves cannot be modified. If you prefer a different visual style, you can create and publish posts manually instead.

Why is SmartQ repeatedly posting the same products?  #

This usually happens when your store has only a few active products. Once SmartQ has used all available products, it may begin reusing them. You can disable reposting after all products have been posted, but you’ll need enough active products for SmartQ to continue generating fresh content.
