Introduction #
If you’ve set up your SmartQ automation and scheduled a post, but don’t see it published yet, don’t worry — it’s likely still in the queue and will be posted at the scheduled time.
Once a post is scheduled through SmartQ, no further action is required. Outfy will automatically publish the post based on the timing you’ve selected.
How to Check Your Scheduled Posts #
- Go to the “My Posts” section from the left-hand menu in your Outfy dashboard.
- Click on the “Scheduled” tab to view all upcoming posts that are queued for publishing.
This will show you the date and time each post is set to go live.
Posting Videos? Here’s What to Know #
- If your scheduled post includes a video, please note that videos take longer to process before they are published.
- This delay is completely normal due to additional processing required by platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Rest assured — your video post will be published automatically once it’s ready.
