Introduction #
If you’re having trouble logging into your Outfy account, don’t worry—most login issues can be fixed with a few quick steps. This guide will walk you through common causes and how to resolve them.
Check Your Sign-In Method #
Make sure you’re selecting the same sign-in method you used when you first created your Outfy account. For example, if you signed up through your store platform, don’t try logging in with just an email address.
Note: Outfy supports multiple sign-in options. Always choose the same platform (e.g., your store or email) that you originally used.
Check Platform Login Credentials #
If you’re logging in through a store platform (like Shopify or Etsy), double-check your credentials on that platform. If your store login fails there, it will fail on Outfy too.
Using Email? Reset Your Password #
If you signed up using an email address and can’t log in, try resetting your password:
- On the login screen, click “Forgot password?”
- Enter your registered email
- Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the instructions
Clear Cache and Cookies #
Sometimes, old cache or session data can block login attempts. Try the following:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Restart the browser
- Try logging in again
Try a Different Device or Browser #
There may be a compatibility issue with your current browser or device. Switch to another browser (like Chrome or Firefox) or try logging in from a different device.
