Introduction #
Creating eye-catching product videos is a great way to engage customers and boost sales. With the Vidoo app on Shopify, you can easily turn your product images into professional-looking videos in just a few clicks. Follow these simple steps to create and publish your product video using Vidoo.
Create Video and choose layouts #
From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the left-hand sidebar under Apps, and click on Vidoo. Then select “Create Video”.
Pick your preferred layout format, Rectangle or Square, based on how you want the video to appear on your Shopify store’s product page or website.
Select a Product #
Click the “Select a product” button. A pop-up window will appear showing a list of your store products. Browse or search for the product you want to create a video for, then click to select it.
Choose a Template #
On the top-right, you’ll find the Templates dropdown. Choose from the available video templates that best match your brand or product type.
Preview the Video #
Once the product is selected, a preview of the video will be generated using your product images and information. You can review how it looks, including animations and text overlays.
Save or Publish #
If you’re not ready to publish yet, click “Save as draft.” This allows you to return and edit the video later.
When you’re satisfied with your video, click “Push to shop” to automatically publish it to the corresponding product page on your Shopify store.
Once published or saved, your video will appear in your My Video Library, where you can access, manage, or edit it at any time.
