If you were charged unexpectedly, it’s possible that the paid subscription was selected instead of the free trial. Here’s how to ensure you activate the free trial correctly:
How to Start the Free Trial #
- When choosing a plan, look for the green “7-day free trial” button.
- Click the green button to properly start your free trial.
Note: Simply selecting a plan without clicking the green trial button may result in immediate charges.
How to Avoid Charges After the Trial #
- Be sure to cancel before the 7-day trial ends if you don’t wish to continue with a paid subscription.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
