If SmartQ has stopped working on your account or is disabled, it might be because you’re currently on the Free Plan. In the free forever plan, SmartQ stops after every billing cycle.
Here’s how it works on the Free Plan #
- You’re allowed to create one SmartQ.
- SmartQ is set to pause at the end of each month automatically.
Why this happens? #
We introduced this automatic pause based on feedback from users. Many shared that since the Free Plan renews automatically, some users accidentally left SmartQ on after their plan renewed, leading to unwanted posts.
To avoid this, SmartQ now pauses automatically. This update is designed to help you stay in control of your posting and prevent any accidental activity. You can easily switch SmartQ back on whenever you’re ready to start scheduling again.
