Subscription Billing & Cancellation Policy #
Outfy works on a subscription model that renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
What Happens When You Cancel:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription History page.
- After cancellation, you’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Once the cycle ends, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan.
- No refund or partial refund will be issued for early cancellation.
Cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges for the next period.
Proration (Adjusting Charges Mid-Cycle) #
In certain cases — especially for Shopify users — proration applies when you downgrade or upgrade your plan.
If You Downgrade:
- You will receive an application credit based on:
- The price difference between the current and downgraded plan
- The number of days left in your current billing cycle
- This credit can be used towards future app charges on Shopify.
- The downgraded plan takes effect either immediately or from your next billing cycle, depending on the platform.
For non-Shopify users, plan downgrades usually take effect at the next renewal, with no refund but possible balance adjustment in future charges.
