If you’d like to switch to a lower-tier plan or even the Free plan, Outfy makes it easy to downgrade your subscription from your dashboard.
Steps to Downgrade Your Subscription #
You can downgrade your current plan at any time using the Subscription History section or from the pricing page itself in your account. Here’s how:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to your Outfy account at https://outfy.com.
- Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown, select “Account” and navigate “Subscription History” page.

- Click the “Change Subscription” button.
- Select the lower-tier plan (including the Free plan) that you’d like to downgrade to.
- Confirm your choice. A confirmation message will appear indicating the change will take effect on your next billing date.
What Happens When I Downgrade My Subscription? #
When you downgrade your subscription:
- Your current plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- The downgraded plan takes effect only on the next renewal date.
On the Downgrade Date:
- Any SmartQ or automation features that are not included in your new plan will be turned off.
- You will only have access to the features available in your new selected plan.
Note: Downgrading does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
Additional Tips #
- If you want to switch plans without losing access immediately, downgrading is a safe way to make the change for the next cycle.
- You can upgrade again anytime from your dashboard if needed.
