What happens when I upgrade my subscription? #

As soon as you upgrade, your current subscription is canceled, and a new one takes effect immediately after successful payment.

a) For Shopify users:

  • The charge is prorated based on the price difference and the number of days left in your billing cycle.

b) For Non-Shopify users (Etsy, BigCommerce, Squarespace, etc.):

  • You may be charged either the price difference between plans
  • You may be charged the full amount of the new plan, while the unused portion of your previous subscription gets credited back to your card (this may take a few days).

What happens when I downgrade my subscription? #

If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect on your next billing date. Until then, you will remain on your current plan and continue to enjoy its benefits.

On the downgrade date:

  • Any SmartQ/Automation features not included in the new plan will be turned off.
  • If moving to the FREE plan, all SmartQ and automation features will be disabled.
  • All scheduled posts will be deleted immediately.

What happens when I cancel my subscription? #

When you cancel your subscription, billing stops immediately, and you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle. You can continue using Outfy until your subscription ends.

On the end date:

  • You are moved to the FREE plan immediately
  • All your autopilots and SmartQ are turned off
  • All your scheduled posts are deleted

What happens when I delete my account or Uninstall Outfy? #

If you delete your Outfy account or uninstall the app, your subscription is canceled immediately, and billing stops right away. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.


What do I get in the FREE Forever Plan? #

The FREE Forever Plan is best suited for stores with fewer than 20 products. For retailers of this size, social media posts should also be minimal. This is because social media networks tend to flag accounts as spam if the same type of products/posts are repeated.

FREE Plan Limitations:

  • Post or schedule up to 4 products per day (24-hour period)
  • Maximum 1 automated post per day per social network.
  • Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads are not available

If your store has more than 20 products, we highly recommend upgrading to a paid plan to maximize Outfy’s benefits and grow your business effectively.
