Connect Multiple Social Accounts on Outfy

Introduction #

Outfy allows you to connect multiple accounts from the same social platform—perfect if you manage several brands or profiles. With this feature, you can easily post to different accounts from one central dashboard.


Prerequisites #

Before connecting multiple accounts, ensure:

You’ve been logged out of your social media accounts in other tabs to avoid conflicts and ensure correct account linking.

You have an active Outfy subscription (some features may vary by plan)

You’re logged into the correct social media account in your browser

You have the necessary permissions/access to each account

You are using a supported browser


Steps to Connect Multiple Social Accounts #

Step 1: Log in to Outfy

Go to Outfy and sign in to your Outfy account.

Step 2: Go to Networks

From the left sidebar menu, click Networks.

Step 3: Select the channel

Select the social platform you want to add (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Step 4: Click “Add Another Account”

If you’ve already connected one account, you’ll see an option:
“+ Add Another Account” — click this

Step 5: Authorize Outfy

A new login window or authorization screen will appear

Log in to the second account and grant permissions

Step 6: Confirmation

Once connected, both accounts will appear under that platform

Repeat the process for each additional account you wish to connect


Troubleshooting #

1. Can’t add a second account

  • Ensure you’ve logged out of the first account in your browser before connecting a new one
  • Try using Incognito Mode to connect additional accounts

2. Added account not showing in Outfy

  • Refresh your dashboard and check the Platforms section
  • Reconnect using the “Add Another Account” button

1. Can I choose which account to post to?

Yes! You can select the specific account(s) when scheduling or creating a post.

2. Can I remove one account without affecting the others?

Yes. Each account can be managed or disconnected individually under the Network section.
