I needed to understand how to use Outfy , I don't have it all down yet ,but I opened the chat and began to ask questions. the support persons began to share answers to my questions and she figured out i was a neebie LOL. She ( Kelina offered to call me setup a google meet link to share her screen and mine to walk me thru the use of the tool. Wow i was impressed, why it is 4:30 am Est in the morning and i got an immediate response with no hassle! , I am in love with the tool because the support is A1. So far I am impressed with both the tool and the support.

I wish that I had found this app sooner! All of the work that my team has put in over the years trying to post on a regular basis has been tedious and not really replicable. This app makes it so quick and organized to post regularly. Customer Success team was also very helpful in demonstrating the different functions and answering questions that I had for getting set up. Once I configure all of the SmartQ's within the app I can then spend time actually taking some good pics at my business and videos rather than spending so much time trying to post on each social. I am excited for Outfy to simplify my life!

Loving this app, and the customer service went above and beyond. This app has driven traffic rapidly with only just the free version, so I’m upgrading to Pro to really take advantage! Other products don’t compare!
