# Refund Policy

At Outfy, we aim to provide clear and fair subscription policies so you can make informed decisions for your business. Below is a detailed breakdown of our **refund policy**, **cancellation rules**, and how **proration** works in specific cases.

---

## Does Outfy Offer Refunds?

No. **Outfy does not offer refunds** for any subscription charges, whether monthly or annual.

To ensure you’re fully comfortable before committing to a paid plan, we offer a **7-day free trial** for most plans. This allows you to explore the app and its features risk-free. [View complete payment terms here](https://outfy.com/terms#payment-terms)

## Subscription Billing & Cancellation Policy

Outfy works on a **subscription model** that renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

### **What Happens When You Cancel:**

- You can **cancel your subscription** at any time from your **Subscription History** page.
- After cancellation, you’ll **continue to have access** to premium features **until the end of the current billing cycle**.
- Once the cycle ends, your account will automatically be downgraded to the **Free plan**.
- **No refund or partial refund** will be issued for early cancellation.

> Cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges for the next period.

## Proration (Adjusting Charges Mid-Cycle)

In certain cases — especially for **Shopify users** — proration applies when you **downgrade** or **upgrade** your plan.

### **If You Downgrade:**

- You will receive an **application credit** based on:
  - The **price difference** between the current and downgraded plan
  - The **number of days left** in your current billing cycle
- This credit can be used towards **future app charges** on Shopify.
- The downgraded plan takes effect either **immediately** or from your **next billing cycle**, depending on the platform.

> For **non-Shopify users**, plan downgrades usually take effect at the **next renewal**, with no refund but possible balance adjustment in future charges.
